How we compare

  • One route per driver, each day. The day's stops are shared evenly between the drivers.
  • Each planner at its cheapest. The cheapest published plan that can do the work, billed yearly where that costs less.
  • No guesses. If a planner publishes no price for that much work, it says so.
  • Our plans. Starter CA$99 a month for up to 5 routes a day, Business CA$199 for up to 15, Fleet CA$399 for up to 50. Over 50, Custom from CA$799.
  • New addresses. Starter includes 5,000 a month, Business 14,000, Fleet 42,000. Addresses you've had before are free. More are CA$7 per 1,000.

  • OptimoRoute (optimoroute.com/pricing): Lite US$35.10 and Pro US$44.10 a driver a month, billed yearly. Plans up to 700 and 1,000 orders at once; more is its Custom plan, price on request.
  • Upper (upperinc.com/pricing): Starter US$40, Professional US$48, Optimize US$71 a user a month, billed yearly (US$50, US$60, US$89 monthly). Routes of up to 250, 500, 1,500 stops and up to 10, 15, 30 drivers. Enterprise: price on request. We count one user per driver.
  • Spoke Dispatch (spoke.com/dispatch/pricing): Starter US$125 a month with 1,000 stops, then US$0.04 a stop; Premium US$200 a month with 2,000 stops, then US$0.06 a stop; Expert US$1,000 a month with 12,000 stops, then US$0.07 a stop. Billed monthly. We take whichever costs least.
  • Routific (routific.com/pricing): free up to 100 orders a month, US$150 up to 1,000, then 15¢ an order from 1,001, 13¢ an order from 2,001, 10¢ an order from 3,001, 8¢ an order from 5,001, 5¢ an order from 10,001, 3¢ an order from 20,001, to 50,000. In US dollars, as its help centre says. It doesn't say how the bands add up, so we show the lowest total, as "from".
  • Currency: OptimoRoute, Upper and Spoke Dispatch don't name a currency; we read their prices as US dollars, at the Bank of Canada rate for Oct 30, 2026: US$1 = CA$1.3960.
