Product updates
What changed in RouteMojo, newest first. Each entry is written from the record of the change itself. The list goes back to October 28, 2026.

Delivery windows and load limits always count
The planner keeps each stop inside its delivery window and each driver within what they hold, with arrival times on or off. The plan sheet says when either one is being used, and a route that carries more than its driver holds says so.
A proof of delivery file for your client
Export's Proof of delivery file lists each delivery by its name and address, with when it was done, its photos, who signed and where it was marked. It never has your customers' phone numbers or your notes.
Staying signed in
A sign-in now lasts 14 days from your last visit, not from when you signed in.
A getting-started list
A new team's day lists the five steps to its first sent route and ticks each one off by itself. The sample day now plans all of its stops.
Arrival times on tracking pages
On the way to the first stop, the driver's page asks once to share their location. A customer's tracking page shows when to expect the driver whenever the plan has a time, and never a time that has passed.
Better on phones
On a phone, the sections sit in a bar along the bottom of every screen, with Help one tap away, and pages without a map start with their title. Settings has a menu of its own parts.
Status, security and help pages
A status page that checks each part of RouteMojo, a security page that says what is done and what isn't yet, a help centre with search, and this list of updates.
Prices that name their dollars
Every price, on the site and in the app, says CA$ or US$.
Addresses that leave out a direction
An address that leaves out its street's direction, like East or West, now asks which one instead of guessing.
A new front page
A short film of every feature, a planner to try on a made-up town, and a whole day of deliveries on one map.
Starter, Business and Fleet
Three plans, each one price a month for the whole business, and a Custom plan past Fleet. Every plan keeps proof photos, with nothing to add on.
Tracking pages for your customers
Each stop on a sent route has its own page for the customer: when to expect the driver, a small map while they're on the way, and the delivery photos once it's done. Never the driver's name, a phone number or another stop.
Give a month, get a month
Each team has its own link in Settings. When a business that signed up through it first pays, each team gets a month of its own plan.
More than one login per team
A team can have owners and dispatchers. Owners invite a dispatcher from Settings with a link that works once. Dispatchers plan and send routes; only owners change the plan and see payments.
GPS-checked proof of delivery
When a driver shares their location, each stop they mark keeps where the phone was. The stop's card, the export and the proof page say how far that was from the address.
Customers' emails and French headers
Imports read a column of customers' email addresses, and headers in French, like Adresse, Ville and Plage horaire.
Print a cost comparison
On the cost calculator, type a business's name and print one page with its month at RouteMojo and at other planners.
Pages for each kind of business
Pages for couriers, florists, pharmacies and charities. RouteMojo is free for registered charities.
Share proof with your client
Share proof makes a read-only page for your client: each stop done, its time, photos and signature, on a map. Names show only if you choose. You can stop sharing it at any time.
Signatures
Drivers can take a signature on the phone, with the signer's name. In Settings you can ask for one at every stop.
What a month costs elsewhere
Pages that set RouteMojo beside other route planners at their published prices, and a cost calculator for your own day.
One price for the whole business
Plans became one price a month for the business, whatever the number of drivers. Plans differ in how many routes a day they plan.
No doubled imports
Importing the same list again for a day that still has its stops asks first, so a double click no longer doubles every stop.
Proof on the stop's card
Click a stop to see why it wasn't delivered, the driver's note and the photos taken there.
Check the columns
After an import, see what each column of your file was read as, with its first cells, and change any of them.
New link and Stop sharing
Cut off a driver's link at any time, or replace it with a new one. A link now stops working two days after its route's day.
Drivers on a weak signal
Once it has loaded, a driver's link opens again with no signal, and taps and photos wait on the phone until they can be sent. The driver's page works on older phones too.
Fix a stop after it's done
Drivers can open a finished stop to deliver it after all, add a photo or undo a wrong tap. On your map, each driver's dot says when it was last seen.
Security fixes
Undo only ever keeps and puts back your own team's data, and proof photos are checked before anything is saved.
The name RouteMojo
The product is called RouteMojo, on every screen, email and driver's text.
Reorder on the map
Drag a stop on the map or in the list to change the order. Stop numbers on the map never overlap, and stops are kept off highways.
October 2026
A new look
The app was redesigned around the map: white, with one accent, road-sign yellow on black.
Undo
Changes to a day can be undone, newest first. Removed routes are set aside, so Undo brings them back whole.
Where routes end, and times on or off
Finish back at the start, at the last stop or at a place you choose. Plan with times, or only for the best order.
Pins learn from deliveries
Where drivers really stop becomes the customer's pin, once their visits agree.
Addresses checked before you plan
An address is pinned by itself only where one place fits. The rest wait for one tap, with the towns to choose from.
Privacy policy and terms
The privacy policy and the terms, in plain words.

A day's routes planned together
Planning for several drivers plans all their routes as one, so each stop goes to whichever driver serves it best, and every driver you choose gets work.
New screens, and photos from the driver's phone
The day's map with each route in its own colour, sending, export, a printed sheet, and the driver's page, where drivers take a photo as proof.
Import spreadsheets as they are
Excel files come in with their columns remembered for next time. Repeat addresses are merged, and delivery times are read from the notes.
Days and routes
Each day holds its stops and its routes. Draw around stops on the map to make a route, or split the day into routes for your drivers. A sample day to try it with.
