- Each stop takes 12 minutes: 5 at the stop and 7 driving to it.
- 150 stops × 12 minutes = 1,800 minutes of work.
- A driver's day of 8 hours is 480 minutes.
- 1,800 ÷ 480 = 3.75. Round up: 4 drivers, about 38 stops each.

How it's worked out
- Every stop's minutes. The time at the stop and the drive to it, times the stops in the day.
- Over a driver's day. The minutes of work, over the minutes one driver works.
- Rounded up. Work for 3.75 drivers needs 4.
- The drive back isn't counted. Nor is a stop that takes longer than you said. Leave room for them in the hours.
- One route for each driver. RouteMojo's plans count routes a day, not drivers: Starter plans up to 5, Business 15, Fleet 50.
