Dispatchers and owners
Everyone on your team signs in with their own email. Every plan includes every dispatcher, at no extra cost.
Owners and dispatchers
- Dispatchers plan and send routes, and follow the day.
- Owners do that too, and change the plan, payments and who is on the team.
A team can have more than one owner, and up to 25 people.
Invite a dispatcher
- Open Settings. Under People, press Invite a dispatcher.
- Their name and email are optional. Press Make the link.
- Send it with Copy or Text.
The link works once, for 7 days. It's shown only once: if it's lost, cancel the invite and make a new one.
Join a team
Open the invite link. Type your name, your email and a password, or use Google, and you land on the day as a dispatcher.
Don't sign up from the front page to join a team: that starts a new team.
Change roles or remove someone
Under People, press Make owner or Make dispatcher. Remove signs the person out at once, on every device; what they did stays. Press Cancel beside an invite that hasn't been used.
Your name
Under You in Settings, type Your name, as your team sees it, and press Save.
