Open the route
Open the link from the text. The route opens in the phone's browser: no app, no account.
Work through the stops
- The page shows the next stop. Press Navigate to open Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
- At the stop, drag the Slide when you arrive slider all the way to the right.
- Add a Photo or a Signature as proof, if you need one.
- Press Delivered, and the next stop comes up. Or press Problem and pick why, like No one answered.
Skip moves the next stop to the end of the list. Stops lists them all.
Fix a mistake
- Right away. Press Undo on the message that shows after each tap.
- Later. Open the stop from Stops and press Marked by mistake? Undo, or deliver it after all.
- Not there yet. Arrived by mistake? Press Not here yet? Undo.
No signal
Taps, photos and signatures wait on the phone and send when there's signal again. Once the route has loaded, the link opens again with no signal.
Share my location
In Me, turn on Share my location so your dispatcher sees where you are and where you mark stops, and the customer you're heading to sees you coming on their tracking page. It's off until you turn it on, and works only while the page is open.
Under Directions open in, choose Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
Signatures
Press Signature and sign with a finger. Type the Name of the person signing if you like, then save. If your dispatcher asks for a signature at every stop, Delivered opens the pad first. Press No one to sign if nobody is there.
Drive safely
Mount the phone before setting off, and don't use it while moving.
