Plans and billing
One price a month for your whole business, whatever the number of drivers. Plans differ in routes a day.
The plans
- Free. One route a day of up to 25 stops, with no time limit.
- Starter. CA$99 a month, up to 5 routes a day.
- Business. CA$199 a month, up to 15 routes a day.
- Fleet. CA$399 a month, up to 50 routes a day.
- Custom. For more than Fleet, from CA$799 a month. Write to us.
Prices are before tax. A route can have up to 5,000 stops on every paid plan. Every new team gets a 14-day trial with Business's routes and stops, and 10,000 new address lookups, without a card.
New addresses
Each plan includes new address lookups every month: 5,000, 14,000 or 42,000. An address looked up before is free. In a busy month, more are CA$7 per 1,000: write to us.
Choose or change your plan
- Open Settings. Under Plan, press Choose a plan on the trial, or Upgrade on the free plan.
- Pick a plan and press Continue to payment. You pay on Stripe's page.
- On a paid plan, press Change plan. The difference for the rest of the month is charged, or credited, straight away.
If the plan sheet says plans are started by email for now, write to us and we'll start the plan for you. Only an owner can change the plan.
Your card, invoices and cancelling
Press Manage billing to open Stripe's billing page: update your card, see invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the month you paid for.
Your price stays
The price you start a plan at stays your price for as long as you keep that plan.
