Send routes to drivers

Each driver gets a link that opens their route in the phone's browser. Nothing to install.

Send one route

  1. Open the route and press Send.
  2. Choose Text, Email or Print.
  3. Check the phone number and press Send text. Your phone's messages app opens with the link ready to send.
  4. Or press Copy link and paste it anywhere.

Texts go from your own phone or computer: RouteMojo doesn't send them for you.

Send every route

When routes are planned, the panel offers to send them: Send all routes, or Send the route when there's one. Press it, and a list opens with Copy and Text for each driver.

After a change

A route you change after sending says Changed, send again. A new order, or stops added or taken away, reach the driver when you send it again; a change to a stop's address, name, phone or note shows on their page right away. Their link stays the same.

  • Stop sharing. On a sent route, press Stop sharing. The link stops working at once. Sending the route again brings the same link back.
  • A new link. For a mistyped number or a lost phone, press New link. The old link stops working for good. Then send the new one.
  • Links end. A link stops working two days after its route's day. The driver then sees that the route has ended.

Print a route

Press Print on a route for a letter-size sheet: the map with every stop numbered, then each stop with its note and a box to tick, and its time when arrival times are on.

Follow the day

Once routes are out, the list shows whose link hasn't been opened and who is on the road, and, with arrival times on, who is on time and who is late. Each driver's dot on the map says when it was last seen.
