Getting started

From making your account to a route on your driver's phone, in five steps.

Make your account

  1. Press Start free at the top of any page.
  2. Type your email and a password of at least 10 characters. Your company's name is optional. Or press Continue with Google.
  3. Press Create account. You land on today's map, with a Get started list of the steps below. Each one ticks itself off as you do it.

Joining a team? Open the invite link you were sent instead. Signing up here starts a new team.

Try a sample day

On an empty day, press Try a sample day. It fills the day with made-up stops and plans them, so you can click around. To take them away, press Clear beside Sample day at the top of the map.

Set your depot

The depot is where routes start: your warehouse, store or home.

  1. On the map screen, press Set depot.
  2. Type its address and press Save depot. Or press Place on the map and tap where it is.

To change it later, open Settings and type the new address under Depot.

Add your drivers

  1. Open Drivers: at the top of the panel, or in the bar along the bottom on a phone.
  2. Press Add a driver. Type their name and mobile phone, and pick what they drive.
  3. Press Add driver.

Drivers don't need an account. Each day they get a link that opens their route in the phone's browser.

Plan and send your first day

  1. Press Add stops and drop in your list. See Add and import stops.
  2. Press Plan all stops, choose your drivers, and press the button at the bottom of the sheet. See Plan routes.
  3. Press Send all routes (or Send the route), then Text beside each driver. See Send routes to drivers.

Where things are

The sections sit at the top of the panel beside the map. On a phone, they're in a bar along the bottom of the screen.

  • Routes Today's map, the day's routes, and the stops waiting for one.
  • Drivers The people who drive.
  • Data Every address you've entered, and the days you've planned.
  • Settings Your depot, your usual day, your team, your plan and your customers' emails.
  • Undo At the top of the panel, on every screen.
  • Help Beside Undo, or the last tab on a phone. It opens these pages.
